Quatro Sleep Mattress comes compressed in a box. It has a traditional memory foam feel that allows a sleep-in feel. The first layer of the mattress is the zipped cover that can be washed. When you first lay down on the mattress you feel the soft breathable cover. How Is the Support and Comfort?
The support of the Quatro Sleep Mattress comes from the 7” base foam. This layer gives a decent amount of support to most body sizes.
The comfort of this mattress comes from the 3” two layers of memory foam, the counting ability of the memory foam allows the body weight to be distributed evenly on the surface of the mattress.
The support and comfort of the Quatro Sleep Mattress is good for lightweight to medium weight sleepers and less supportive to heavy sleepers. That’s because the density of the memory foam might not be enough for those weighing 230 lb.

Does This Mattress Sleep Cool?
Memory foam mattresses are not famous for being cool, but the Quatro Sleep Mattress did well in our testing thanks to the 1inch Plex-Air™ Memory Foam layer on top. This layer regulates body heat and dissipates it. Because of the low-density memory foam on the comfort layers of this mattress heat retention was minimal.
Usually, the denser the memory foam the less it breathes unless the company uses a unique cooling technology. Well, for the Quatro mattress it’s low-density memory foam gives it the ability to stay cooler than regular memory foam mattresses.

How Is the Edge Support?
Because there is no edge support foam, the edge is like the most bed in a box mattresses, good but not great. Its good for sleeping and will give the user the ability to sleep on 100% of the surface but sitting on the edge may not be comfortable for heavy people. But then you have to remember that these mattresses are designed for sleeping and not sitting.

Is There Motion Transfer?
Because the Quatro Sleep Mattress doesn’t use any coils and is a memory foam mattress, the motion transfer between partners was minimal. One thing we noticed is a bit of motion transfer when getting in or out of bed because of the low weight of the mattress.
So basically the mattress’s foam doesn’t transfer much motion between partners but because its such a light weighted bed it still moves every time we went in or out of bed.

Is This Mattress Good for Sex?
Memory foam mattresses are not responsive and bouncy, unlike latex. This makes most memory foam mattresses including the Quatro Sleep Mattress not very romance friendly. Sex usually reduces the longevity of the mattress, but because the Quatro Sleep Mattress is built well and has a 10-year warranty we feel it deserve a decent point in longevity.
That being said, a lot of memory foam users report that they actually like the memory foam during sex so this mattress is really about preference. Still, as memory foam traps motion, it can get a little awkward at times.

How Firm Is It?
On a scale of 1 – 10 with 10 being the firmest, the Quatro Sleep Mattress has a 5.0 firmness rating. It has a good Support that will keep your back aligned while the memory foam layers let you sink in the mattress and give it it’s plush feel.
If you like soft, plush feel then the Quatro Sleep Mattress will work well for you especially if you sleep mostly on your side. If on the other hand you prefer a firm mattress and sleep mostly on your stomach than a firmer mattress might work better.
Still always remember that firmness is a mattress of preference. Many side sleepers sleep on firm mattresses and many stomach sleepers use soft beds so it really is up to what you like but we give you the general rule only.
How Durable Is This Mattress?
What makes the durability of a mattress is the density of its layers and the quality of the materials used. The Quatro Sleep Mattress uses good quality materials from the zipped cover of the mattress to its mattress layers.
When we come to see the density of the memory foam layers, we see that the 1-inch Plex-Air™ Memory Foam has a 1.8 lb density and the 2 inch Memory Support Foam has a 1.5 lb density.
These densities are a bit low compared to other memory foam mattresses in the market. However, keep in mind that the Quatro Sleep Mattress retails lower than many other memory foam mattresses as well.
Also, lets this mattress comes with a 10-year warranty. So, you are covered in case the mattress starts sagging after a few years. Just remember to keep it well protected to make sure you don’t void the warranty.

The Quatro Sleep Mattress is made in China under strict quality control guidelines. Not all the mattresses that come from China are bad, some like the Quatro Sleep Mattresses are built with quality materials to ensure that their customers, feel well supported and happy with this mattress.
Does It Have Any Unpleasant Smell?
This mattress is CertiPUR-US® Certified. CertiPUR-US® is a certification program administered by a not-for-profit organization. This mattress is made without ozone depleters, PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP (”Tris”) flame retardants, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals, formaldehyde.
When you first open the mattress, you might smell a bit of off-gassing, but in few hours the smell should go away. In some cases, the small my stay for a few days but according to its certification, there aren’t harmful chemicals being released to the air. Is It Good for Heavier People?
Because of the low density of the memory foam layers in the Quatro Sleep Mattress, it is not as recommended for heavier people as some denser memory foam mattresses. To be honest most memory foam mattresses don’t work as good for heavy people as they tend to sink in too much.
Unless the memory foam density is 4 or even 5 heavier people will probably sink in a little too much. The 1-inch Plex-Air™ Memory Foam is at 1.8 lb and the 2 inch Memory Support Foam is at 1.5 lb.
Also, being a 10 inch in profile make the Quatro Sleep Mattress not ideal for heavier people. We recommend a minimum of 12 inches of profile or more for heavier people.
Is It Good for Side Sleepers?
Side sleepers tend to do better with a relatively soft mattress. The Quatro Sleep Mattress is a soft mattress at 5.0 firmness scale from 10.
It will give good body contouring for the shoulders and the memory foam will take the shape of the body. One of our sleep experts that sleeps primarily on their side reported having good night sleep on the Quatro mattress with very limited pressure on their shoulder.
Based on our testing this mattress is recommended for side sleepers.
Is It Good for Back and Stomach Sleepers?
Back and stomach sleepers need a mattress that is firm and supportive. Because the Quatro Sleep Mattress is soft it might not be the best choice for stomach sleepers, but it will be a good mattress for most back sleepers that prefer a soft mattress.
. Our testing showed that back sleeping was comfortable but stomach sleeping on this mattress had a little discomfort.

They have generally a good reputation but because they are new, there are limited resources about their reputation.
